Shipping Policy

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS / email.

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the personal care and wellness nature of our products, we follow a controlled and transparent return policy.

Eligibility for Return

You are eligible for a return only if all the conditions below are met:

  1. Only prepaid orders are eligible (COD orders are not eligible for return or refund).

  2. The return request must be raised within 7 days (1 week) from the date of delivery.

  3. The product must be returned with the bottle and remaining capsules intact.

  4. Returns on partially used products are accepted only in exceptional cases, subject to inspection and approval.

Refund Calculation Method

Refunds are calculated per capsule and not on full MRP, as follows:

Example:

  • Bottle Price: ₹3000

  • Total Capsules: 30

  • Price per capsule: ₹100

👉 Refund amount per remaining capsule = 50% of capsule price = ₹50

So, refund =
₹50 × number of remaining capsules returned

What After 1 Week

  • After 7 days, refunds are not applicable. Only replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed only after product inspection at our facility.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • Any product showing signs of damage, tampering, or misuse may be rejected for refund.
